Hand Control Unit
The Hand Control Unit was developed as a part of a customer medical project. The unit is used to control a surgery table. It communicates with the table over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) link. The table can be controlled by three Hand Control Units simultaneously.
Features
| Display: | Color display with resistive touchscreen. The resistive touchscreen is used to provide correct handling when medical gloves are used by the operator. |
| Control: | The movements are controlled by tactile buttons. The buttons are managed by a security layer that unlocks and highlights the available functions only. |
| Charging circuit: | The lithium battery of the unit can be charged via a conventional Qi wireless charging-pad (Qi V1.0/V1.1). |
| Logging: | Every executed operation command, the table state, warnings and errors are logged and saved. The log can be exported and analyzed by a service technician. |
